Does someone actually took the Short Sale Magic course from Tom Butler? What is your opinion?
What is the best resources to find information about small sales, foreclosures, REO? How to take the title for the property “subject to” in California?

I haven’t taken the course, don’t know anything about property in California, but I always wonder why these guys give these courses telling how much money you can make, instead of keeping it a secret, and doing the small sales themselves. Sorry that didn’t answer your questions.
